Allow us to take the stress out of managing your event! We will take control of all our top-of-the-range equipment, including set-up and operation – from delivery to pack-up. We will have our own backup options on site and can support your additional entertainment using our speaker setup if you need it.

From the moment you decide to make use of our services, we will be on hand to advise and support you. Our highly competent and experienced Crew will provide you with event management guidance and a handy ‘Organiser’s Checklist’. We can advise on film choice for your event, drawing on both our polling data and our industry expertise. 

We take Health & Safety very seriously and will supply useful Risk Assessment templates for your event staff to use. We can also guarantee that all our equipment is regularly maintained and fully PAT tested. Your peace of mind is paramount and you can rest easy knowing all equipment is covered by our Public Liability Insurance. 

We will help ensure your event is a financial success by generating a comprehensive revenue forecast and providing options for additional sales and merchandising. We can provide advice on your pre-show marketing campaign and help you make the most of sponsorship opportunities on the night (e.g., pre-film marketing video).

From start to finish, we are your Event Management Team. We will begin our partnership with a briefing to discuss your venue’s strengths resources and highlight any areas you feel may need more attention. At an appropriate point during the event planning process we will conduct a site visit to ensure all logistical elements are appropriately managed.

Our highly competent and experienced Crew will liaise with you as appropriate at each stage of planning, management and evaluation. We will manage everything from marketing and film choice (drawing on both our polling data and our industry expertise), through catering and merchandising to licensing and risk assessments.

We will ensure all power requirements are met by bringing along our own generators We will have backup technology on site and will work with you to select and manage appropriate additional entertainment to deliver a full and dazzling experience your guests will not forget!

We take Health & Safety very seriously and will work with your team to develop and implement fully comprehensive risk assessments and signage. We can guarantee that all our equipment is regularly maintained and fully PAT tested. Your peace of mind is paramount and you can rest easy knowing all equipment is covered by our Public Liability Insurance. We will also look at your First Aid facilities and ensure your obligations for a public event are met. We will ensure any additional licences we may need are obtained (e.g., PRS, Alcohol), depending on your venue’s current operations.

We will ensure our event is a financial success by generating a comprehensive revenue forecast and providing options for additional sales and merchandising. We will create a pre-show marketing campaign, maximising cross-platform Social Media exposure as well as taking advantage of relevant local and traditional media options. We will make the most of sponsorship opportunities on the night (e.g., pre-film marketing video, banner advertising) and evaluate data to ensure each event builds on the success of the previous one.

We will design and create all printed materials including tickets, programmes and marketing material using our top quality professional partners. We will even provide a host on the night to greet and entertain our guests, convey important messages and provide further promotion.
